Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MelloPlay Café, a community-focused café and indoor play space for families and young children. By visiting, using our services, attending events, or making a purchase at MelloPlay Café, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

General Use

  • MelloPlay Café is designed for families with children aged 0–6. All children must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.

  • No drop-off service is available unless otherwise stated for specific events.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted except for baby food or items approved in advance due to allergies.

Waiver and Liability

  • Entry to MelloPlay Café implies agreement with our Legal Disclaimer and Liability Waiver.

  • All visitors acknowledge that use of play equipment and participation in activities may involve risks.

  • MelloPlay Café is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property loss incurred while on the premises.

Memberships and Passes

  • Memberships and multi-visit passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Passes must be used within their valid period. Unused visits will not be rolled over unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Health & Safety

  • Visitors must not enter if they or their child are experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, cough, etc.).

  • Socks are required for all children and adults in the play area.

  • We reserve the right to request removal of any guest who poses a health, safety, or behavioral risk.

Events & Party Bookings

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all birthday parties and private events.

  • Final payment is due [48–72 hours] before the scheduled event.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused by event attendees.

Photography & Media

  • MelloPlay Café occasionally captures photos or videos for promotional purposes. By entering, you grant permission for your image (or your child’s image) to be used in marketing unless a written request to opt out is provided.

Code of Conduct

  • We expect all guests to treat others with kindness and respect. Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or rule violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

  • Staff instructions must be followed at all times for the safety of all guests.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for classes, workshops, or events may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Membership cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle.

Changes to Terms

MelloPlay Café reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and effective immediately upon posting.​
