MelloPlay Café is a family-friendly space designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children and caregivers. By entering and using the facilities, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
All guests, including parents and guardians, acknowledge and accept that participation in play activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and minor injuries. MelloPlay Café is not liable for any injuries sustained while using the play areas, equipment, or other facilities. -
Parental Supervision Required
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. MelloPlay Café staff are not responsible for supervising children during your visit. -
Health & Safety
Guests agree not to enter the facility if they or their children are experiencing any symptoms of illness. MelloPlay Café reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears visibly ill to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. -
Allergies and Food Safety
MelloPlay Café serves food and beverages on-site. While we strive to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to monitor food consumption for children with allergies. -
Damage and Property Loss
MelloPlay Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage caused to the facility or its equipment. -
Photography & Media
MelloPlay Café occasionally captures photos and videos for promotional use. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your image or your child’s image unless you opt out in writing at the front desk. -
Waiver of Liability
By entering MelloPlay Café, you waive any and all claims against the owners, operators, and staff for injuries or damages arising from participation in activities or use of the facilities.

50% deposit is non-refundable
